In the “hood”

The other night it was really cold in the house and my mom and I found ourselves putting on our hoods to stay warm. Why didn’t we just turn up the heat you might ask. Well this way was just a lot more FUN!!

Sisters & Sunflowers

...Ok ok so I know they are not sunflowers but it made the title sound clever!

For the past little while I have seen these beautiful flowers on my drive home from school and was dying to get out there and take pictures of them. I was so excited to finally get a free moment in my crazy busy life to go and do something I love!

...a special thanks to my beautiful sister Katee for accompanying me so I wasn’t out in a field all alone, and for being my lovely model.

Katee spent most of the time on my back trying to avoid
all the thorn bushes and the oh so scary bees!
